It all adds up to one thing...perfectly illustrated in a story told by a corporate adviser (Tim 'Mac' Macartney), whose colourful past included spending years with a North American Indian tribe. Mac was struck by the tradition of the tribal elders, who when meeting on issues affecting their community, always sat encircling a fire. The fire represented the community's children, symbolically placing their interests at the centre of all decisions.
Our story teller asks a question...
"How might our world be different, if we adopted that same philosophy? What if our corporate priorities also included those of our children...effectively inviting our children into our boardrooms?"
We were set a challenge.

For those who will follow in our footsteps - we accept.
